Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with experience in managing maintenance operations and supervising a team.
Duties
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including those related to HVAC systems.
Use a variety of tools, including an ohmmeter, to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and to reduce downtime.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to identify and repair issues.
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Skills
Strong background in industrial maintenance and repair.
Experience in managing maintenance operations and supervising a team.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to repair and maintain them.
Experience with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
Familiarity with schematics and blueprints.
Ability to use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
Leadership skills and ability to manage and supervise a team.
Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical knowledge and repair.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour

No less than 40 per week
