The team is looking for an upbeat and proactive Deskside Consultant for the Denver branch to work for one of their clients, supporting end users ranging from entry-level employees to C-level executives. You will respond to queries related to the supported software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
A Day in the Life:Assist all customers with questions about supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
Install applications and computer peripherals
Active Directory administration, including unlocking and resetting New Technology and Active Directory user accounts, and SCCM imaging
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
Provide excellent customer satisfaction to all clients
Requirements
What You Bring:
5+ years of IT experience
Supporting a Microsoft environment in a service desk or deskside support role
Experience with:
Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / O365
Remote support
PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix
Active Directory
