Maintenance Technician

Nesco Resource is hiring for Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technicians & Facilities Maintenance Techs in Anderson, SC. 90 day Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
Available Shifts:
1st shift - Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM
3rd shift - Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM

Industrial Maintenance Tech

Position Responsibilities- Essential
• Repairs and maintains plant machinery and equipment
• Repairs or replaces devices such as switches, sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, bearings, motors, gear box, etc., as needed
• Performs work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments on all production and facilities equipment

Facilities Maintenance Tech

• Perform routine maintenance on critical building systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, fire suppression, dock equipment, etc.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures.
• Operate heavy machinery to include scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift.
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
• Replacing light bulbs, wall sockets, machine power drops and switch covers as needed in conjunction with facilities maintenance.
• Experience running electrical conduit.
