What You Will Do:
Provide knowledge and expertise in the following ITIL areas:?
Service Strategy to include Portfolio, Demand, Financial, Strategy, Business Relationship,?and Customer Relationship Management.Service Design includes Capacity, Availability, Continuity, Service Level, Risk,?Security, Compliance and Service Catalog Management.Service Transition to include Change, Release and Deployment, and Knowledge.Configuration and Asset, Transition, Planning and Support, Change Evaluation, Test and Validation and Supplier Relationship Management.Service Operations to include Incident, Event, Problem, Access, Service Desk, Request?Fulfillment, IT operations, Technical Management and Applications Management.?Continual Service Improvement to include seven-step improvement process & CSI?methods and techniques.Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications.Requirements
What We Need:
Bachelor's degree, OR an Associate's degree and an additional 1 year of experience, OR High School diploma with an additional 2 years of experience.5+ years relevant experience.With ITIL certificate- 1 year added experience.Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including custom application development.Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.Knowledge of additional ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing and leading ITSM projects within a federal contracting environment.Familiarity with ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with cloud services and cybersecurity best practices.Excellent writing skills.Even Better:
Experience working in a DoD or DISA environment.Advanced Certifications (Preferred):
ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Required Clearance: ?Active DoD Secret Clearance
