Salary Range:

$75,000 to 115,000 annually. Salary will be dependent upon experience.

Matrix seeks a driven and creative individual to provide SharePoint support to the firm as part of our Operations and Government Consulting Services teams. Knowledge of and proficiency with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and modern web development technologies (such as JavaScript, React, and REST APIs) are desirable. Support to Government Consulting Services is typically related directly or indirectly to the Department of Defense and may include translating requirements into technical solutions, workflow analysis, leveraging various “low or no-code” software solutions to meet both company and client needs, use of APIs, researching and writing unique reports, and other tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Collaborate with Matrix team members and both internal and external stakeholders to determine requirements and design solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and sites, demonstrating exceptional attention to detailImplement, configure, and customize SharePoint applications, to include integration with Microsoft PowerPlatform and other appsDevelop, modify, and maintain custom web parts, master pages, and content typesDevelop and deploy workflow customizations and formsTest, troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor and maintain performanceSupport continuous process improvement and business process reengineering projects both internally and externally through focused use of custom SharePoint sites as a toolSupport company project execution and proposal development by providing technical solutions and coordinating with others to incorporate the input and feedback of both clients and team membersMeet with clients and their representatives as an individual or part of a team to present results, explain complex technical concepts, resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain positive, constructive relationsDevelop and maintain SharePoint security internally and externallyResearch areas or issues as assigned and write formal and informal reports of varying lengths focused on summarizing information or persuading readers to support objectivesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, engineering, or related field of study2+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint applications, preferably with enterprise-level experience and production deployment of Custom PowerApps using Microsoft PowerPlatform, including Power Automate and Power BIFamiliarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or other U.S. Government entities, such as the Department of Veterans’ AffairsFamiliarity with SharePoint APIs and developing custom solutionsExperience building production-grade PowerApps Custom Canvas and PowerApps Portal solutions along with MS Flow/Power Automate and SharePoint onlineUser-Centric UI and UX front-end design experience using responsive forms and Canvas apps in PowerAppsProficient in developing SharePoint solutions using tools like SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and PowerShell.Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online, and various SharePoint versions (e.g., 2013, 2016, 2019).General knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server, User Interface Design, web design, technology security, relational database exposure, and Object-Oriented (OO) principlesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to synthesize and distill complex topics into concise reports/presentationsStrategic thinker with exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skillsAbility and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility officesMicrosoft Certified SharePoint AssociateMicrosoft Certified Power Platform App Maker AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer AssociateCertified JavaScript DeveloperCertified Web Design Professional (CWDP), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Responsive Web Design or equivalentPractical work-related experience, to include internship(s)Valid driver’s license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR screening
