MoxiWorks is a leading SaaS company founded by one of the industry's leading real estate brokerage companies. With the residential real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine the accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We are seeking an experienced VP of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. This role is a key leadership position and will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building customer-centric products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer by regularly meeting with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product innovation and successful go-to-market execution.
- Roadmap Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of key features and products.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to ensure the company's product portfolio remains competitive and relevant.
- Metrics & Performance: Set and track product performance metrics, using data to inform decisions and improve product performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership, in the SaaS space.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into successful products.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with data-driven decision making and product performance analysis.
- Technical Expertise: Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical product details.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Location: Must be willing to work out of our Bellevue office up to 3-4 days a week and travel to Vancouver once a month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Proptech or Residential Real Estate beneficial.
Compensation
For this role, the salary range is $220-250k depending on experience/acumen with a bonus potential up to 10% and benefits including:
