As a
Team Lead
at TopSpot, an OuterBox Company, you will help grow qualified business leads & revenue for a portfolio of new and existing clients through personalized, integrated digital marketing strategies. You will lead and guide a team of Paid Media and SEO Strategists to align with client business objectives, implement digital strategies, showcase transparent results, and provide a positive client experience through every interaction. This role is client-facing and requires professionalism, accountability, critical thinking, and leadership to be successful with both teammates and clients.

What You Get To Do Every Day:
Lead the oversight and execution of strategic, integrated digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, while driving client retention, results, team member retention, and strategic revenue growth for your Integrated Marketing Team.
Take ownership of personal and Integrated Marketing team goals, ensuring accountability to outlined client and company targets. Report on weekly and monthly metrics to track progress.
Prioritize methodology to deliver integrated, digital strategies that meet client goals to improve retention.
Guide the quality of communication between the team and client, exemplifying strong communication skills.
Develop, implement, and monitor budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proactively manage change to achieve desired outcomes, collaborating with Division Leaders.
Ensure business goals are clearly understood and reporting reflects the value of working with our organization.
Deliver a personalized customer experience that meets expectations of timelines, communication, and results.
Lead a team of strategists in implementing SEO and SEM strategies grounded in best practices.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews with direct reports.
Foster a collaborative environment to promote integrated alignment and holistic strategies.
Partner with all departments across OuterBox in alignment with company vision and goals.
Continuously stay updated on the digital marketing industry to grow your knowledge.
Additional duties, as assigned.
This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, requiring self-driven dedication and accountability.
What You Bring To The Role:
5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
Experience leading a marketing team to meet goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Experience in integrated strategy alignment across paid and organic channels.
Ability to use discernment throughout strategy development and execution.
Demonstrate expertise in using spreadsheet functions to analyze data.
Experience working with multiple clients or brands, approaching each with personalization.
Customer service experience as a main point of contact with clients.
Ability to translate complex information into approachable and meaningful insights.
Working knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, and Web Design & Development.
