POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of Marketing at Bartlett Cocke, your leadership will shape and drive our corporate marketing and branding initiatives. You will steer the regional marketing staff located in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, while also managing co-marketing relationships and marketing assets. Your expertise in content strategy and adept “traffic control” of marketing operations will translate our strategy into actionable tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Coordination: Direct corporate and regional marketing activities and branding initiatives.
Team Development: Foster the growth and development of marketing team members through mentorship and training.
Social Media Strategy: Manage our social media strategy to foster genuine connections.
Co-Marketing Initiatives: Manage co-marketing relationships.
Asset Management: Oversee the management of marketing assets.
Content Identification: Ensure all marketing materials are relevant and current.
Traffic Control: Manage the “traffic” of marketing activities.
Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with client relationship managers.
Internal Communications: Collaborate with HR for internal communication strategies.
Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with vendors and agencies.
Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication strategies.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay aware of market trends.
