We are well resourced, and you will have access to the tools, IT, comms, analytics, and data resources you need, as well as subject matter experts across the entire spectrum of issues impacting disease prevention and health promotion.The Campaign Manager shall be experienced in managing a large, multi-task communications campaign contract, including schedule, budget, and execution, with a particular focus on quality, outcomes, and deadlines. Daily coordination between the customer staff and contractor staff requires that the project manager work in a hybrid fashion at the CDC facility or ICF office in Atlanta, GA. The campaign manager shall have a minimum of five years of experience overseeing complex advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, creating and supporting strategic efforts of the campaign, including formative research activities, developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, producing a variety of communications products and messaging for diverse audiences, strategically engaging partners, coordinating the placement of paid and donated media, providing technical assistance support, and conducting digital and social media activities. Additionally, prior experience in health communications and health behavior change campaigns is required.Basic Qualifications/ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university5+ years of relevant professional experience5+ years of experience in consulting management with medium to large (> $5M) programs5+ years of experience with health communications and behavior change campaignsProfessional Skills:Proficiency with project management tools, such as monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar systems, as well as SharePointExperience engaging specialized populations (e.g., low-income, LGBTQIA+, racial/ethnic minoritized)Excellent oral and written communication skills requiredStrong interpersonal skillsStrong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detailExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with diverse colleagues and clientsPreferred Qualifications/Experience:Master’s degree in communications, public health, social sciences, or associated disciplines a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with CDC program managementKnowledge of CDC culture and processesTravel Requirements:Up to 15% travelJob Location(s):

- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:$79,154.00 - $179,101.00 Atlanta, GA (GA18)
