Product Configuration Coordinator , reporting to the Drafting Supervisor. The position is located in Simsbury, CT.Responsibilities:Create and maintain Engineering parts, including bills of material.Create Sales Parts to support Contracts and business administration.Inventory Part creation, including Customer furnished material.Able to resolve part designation configuration issues.Requirements:The successful candidate must have attention to detail and a positive attitude. Post high school education is preferred but not required.Required skills include:Basic knowledge of configuration management practices.Ability to read, interpret drawings and understand parts lists.Populate product structures in IFS (ERP system) including part transfers.Ability to meet commitments, juggle priorities and remain organized.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Desired skills:A desire to learn and adherence to policy and procedure.Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
