Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with strong litigation and trial skills. The associate attorney will work alongside highly experienced litigation attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants, gaining hands-on experience in all stages of litigation. Collaborate with senior litigation attorneys to prepare for trial, including the preparation of evidence, legal documents, and trial presentations.Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, pre-trial conferences, and court appearances.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, findings of fact, and opinions.Attend court appearances and participate in negotiations and mediations.Provide legal counsel and representation in civil litigation cases, with a focus on trial preparation and execution.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Manage a large caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel, maintaining professionalism at all times.Work closely with a team of attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services across multiple cases.Uphold a commitment to high-performance standards and ethical legal practices.Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals as needed.Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with demonstrated litigation and trial skills.Strong knowledge of state and federal civil litigation laws and procedures.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Superior ability to manage large caseloads and juggle multiple deadlines.Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively with both legal and corporate professionals.Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving successful outcomes for clients.Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Missouri.Ability and willingness to become licensed in additional states such as Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska.Skills:

Excellent trial preparation and litigation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
