Job description*Why Consider this Job Opportunity:* Competitive annual salary based on experience ($90-$140k salary + commission)* 401k retirement plan* 401k matching* PTO for six holidays* Two weeks paid vacation per yearQualifications:* On-Site role located in Montgomery, Ohio.* Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school.* 5-15 years Litigation experience.* Must be a licensed attorney in good standard with the state bar.* Excellent legal writing and communication skills.* Proven ability to provide sound legal advice with a wide range of clients.* Strong litigation skills, with experience in all phases of trial from drafting pleadings through trial execution.* Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.* High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a past-paced environment.* Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.* Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):* Manage all aspects of civil litigation including, but not limited to, case analysis, pre-trial discovery, drafting of pleadings, depositions, witness preparation, trial preparation, and trial execution.* Provide legal advice to a wide range of clients as they navigate complex legal issues.* Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts with precision and accuracy.* Represent our clients in court, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.* Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to build the most effective case strategies.* Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.* Maintain current knowledge of changes and developments in the law, and apply this knowledge to client matters.* Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
