Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with company goals.Create compelling marketing collateral across various formats including social media, press releases, and sales materials.Manage brand growth initiatives in the cleantech and energy sectors.Collaborate with senior executives to ensure effective communication and marketing strategies.Analyze and report on marketing ROI and effectiveness.Oversee events planning and management for conferences and trade shows.

Key Qualifications5-7 years of B2B client-side marketing and communications in cleantech, energy, renewables or product production.Start-up or high growth mid-market enterprise experience.Outstanding written communications skills across content production including social media posts, marketing collateral, press releases, data sheets, video scripts, e-newsletters and sales enablement materials.Strong software utilization skills or adoption agility for programs including PowerPoint, Mail Chimp, Muck Rack and Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrated portfolio of original writing.Ability to distill complex engineering concepts into digestible marketing collateral.Experience working with brand growth in an emerging or high-growth industry category.Web copywriting and basic understanding of ‘what good looks like’ for web and digital marketing assets.Strong understanding of LinkedIn (our primary social media platform), optimized post structures and analytics.Familiarity with Marketing ROI and measurement frameworks.General events planning and management and conference support.Creative thinking and ideas around how to optimize existing marcom assets.Successful management of external vendors and freelancers.Familiarity with Product Marketing concepts and experience developing product-focused collateral.
