at Van Metre Homes, your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience to potential buyers by conducting engaging tours, maximizing the potential of the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation, collaborating with other teams, achieving data accuracy, and proactively maintaining a tidy appearance of the community and its homes.Community Experience Associate ResponsibilitiesTour experience:
Deliver an exceptional homebuying experience by conducting engaging tours of model homes and the surrounding community for potential buyers.Prospect outreach:
Maximize the potential of Van Metre's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to identify and engage with prospects.Product expertise:
Demonstrate knowledge of the community and its products, and communicate the community's value to potential buyers.Traffic management:
Ensure accurate documentation of all appointments and prospect engagement.Sales operations:
Collaborate with the Community Executive and Community Experience Manager to optimize community performance.Record maintenance:
Maintain data accuracy across Van Metre's CRM and contract management solution.Community appearance:
Proactively maintain a tidy and presentable appearance of the community and its homes.ExperienceExperience in sales, in any industry, preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding goalsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening hoursExceptional public speaking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsRequired QualificationsValid Driver’s LicenseMinimum High School Diploma or equivalentProficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Adobe AcrobatA Realtors License is NOT requiredCompensation and Benefits information: Van Metre offers excellent benefits, and a work environment that fosters and rewards excellence.Salary: $70,000-$76,500 annuallyPaid Time Off: 11 paid holidays; 10 vacation days, 10 sick days, and other benefits.Retirement Planning: Company Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.Wellness: Annual Wellness Reimbursement of up to $900.
