Denver, COHybrid Working Style: 3 days in office/2 days remotelyThis is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer that wants to join an excellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees!Accomplished interior design position responsible for producing innovative designs by completing tasks assigned by the Project Lead and supports their design team for optimum success. The Designer will ensure the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and drawing standards. They may prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for ensuring an Optimal Client ExperienceAssist Project Lead in developing conceptual and design development presentations for builders/developersResponsible for the execution of all design concepts, design development, construction documentation, and FF&E, working directly with the Project LeadEnsure all selections/products meet all required codes related to local, state, and national standardsAssist in the execution of all design concepts, design development, and construction documentation, working directly with the Design TeamAssist in project installations assigned to teamUnderstand Job Cost Reports and assist Project Lead with reaching targeted profit marginMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequired QualificationsInterior Design DegreeDesign and technical capabilities2+ years in Design with a focus on model home designKnowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiencesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross-functional teams towards a common goalTravel as necessaryCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive Annual Salary + Full Benefits PackageExcellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees, including a wellness week for employees.Full Benefits Package includes healthcare (medical, dental, vision), Life Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, Holidays, Sick Days, Parental Leave, Incentives, team gatherings, and more.
