Come help us build Pickleland!Our goal is to be the best pickleball facility ever created. As our marketing manager, you will help us create and grow our brand identity and capture new customers.Pickleland offers a fun and active work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth and development. Create profitable and memorable marketing campaigns that drive sales. This is your main goal.If you know how to do that, then please apply.Qualifications:
High aptitude with social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and the like.Understanding of what type of content performs best on any given channel and whyExpertise with:Meta Business Suite (IG/FB)Youtube StudioCanva or similar design software[Bonus] Track record of creating successful marketing campaignsUnderstands what CTR, CPA, ROAS and CPM are, and how to influence them.Excited to try new things and test multiple campaignsMust love pickleballFamiliarity with the game, rules, and customs of Pickleball.Outgoing and friendly personality.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs) and/or Notion/Coda.High school diploma or equivalent.[Bonus] Has 1 or more of the following accolades:Grown Instagram or TikTok account to 10k+ followersGrown organic traffic to 20k/moKnows influencers in the sports or pickleball spacePosted at least 100 posts on any given platformSuccessful completion of a background check may be requiredJob Perks
