The Estimator II is responsible for assisting the Senior Estimator in preparing individual estimates and for total preparation of estimates when assigned by the Estimating Director. The Estimator II is accountable for accurate and timely quantity surveys, as well as preliminary pricing through full estimates when assigned by the Senior Estimator or Estimating Director. The Estimator II must make every effort to satisfy the needs of the Client with respect to each estimate. They must develop and maintain strong relationships with key Suppliers and Subcontractors in order to ensure we receive competitive and complete pricing for all estimates. The Estimator II is responsible for utilizing proper procedures and available tools in the preparation of an estimate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field; field construction management experience is preferred but not required. Three (3) years, at a minimum, of estimating experience is preferred, in addition to one (1) year of field experience.
