Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Build a sustainable high performing team and a work environment that's both supportive and challenging. Partner closely with engineers, product, design and customer experience groups to define the roadmap for the team. Mentor and coach engineers on the team, helping them to develop into technical leaders. Collaborate with other engineering leaders on priorities, processes, and policies. Be accountable for driving project execution. Partner with teams across organization on various feature rollouts and initiatives. Help define processes and the engagement model for the team.Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field of study, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field of study, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field.A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).Special Skill Requirements
(1) Hack; (2) ReactJS; (3) Swift; (4) Java/Kotlin; (5) Agile software development lifecycle; (6) Messaging apps; and (7) API design and development.Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.Salary
