About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager develops strategies and plans to meet customer needs in alignment with business and marketing objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager manages the success execution of these strategies and plans working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders across the commercial organization. Qualified candidates have proven experience in digital strategy, demand generation and lead nurturing across channels such as web, social, email, SEO/SEM and paid media. This role reports to the Group Marketing Manager, Digital Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Own end-to-end digital marketing programs targeting HCP audiences:

Lead the development of digital marketing plans that align to the customer journey.Analyze available data sources to guide and inform digital strategy and planning.Effectively reach, engage and connect with customers in collaboration with sales.Work closely with Content Strategy, Content Development, Sales Experience, Analytics and Social to ensure alignment in customer communications.

Forecast impact, set KPIs and measure campaign performance by working closely with analytics.Deliver insightful campaign reports to key stakeholders and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements.Effectively communicate and recommend innovative and relevant ideas/plans to business partners and gain alignment.Partner with external agencies as needed for digital programs.Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices.Support the continuous improvement of campaign processes, delivery, & measurementWhat we're looking for in you:

Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing. MBA preferred.6-8 years of relevant global digital marketing experience required. Experience in digital marketing in healthcare, particularly targeting HCPs and Patients, is preferred.Candidate must have strong CRM and digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing successful digital campaigns.Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing tools (Marketing Cloud) is strongly desired.Understanding of email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management is required.Ability to work effectively in a regionally diverse team is required.Travel up to 20% depending on requirements. Candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as commitment requires.Quality System Requirements
