Description

The SBA Business Development Officer III is responsible for developing contacts and leads in order to generate SBA loan financing for Small Businesses. This position solicits new SBA 7(A) and 504 loans, as well as USDA loans; calls on existing Bank customers and non-customers to develop SBA loan leads; cross-sells products and services that will appropriately meet customer financial needs.RESPONSIBILITIESSource and originate new SBA loans.Proactively network to obtain new leads for SBA loans.Develop both internal and external contacts and leads.Meet individual sales goals as part of the overall divisional sales goals.Review loan applications to ensure eligibility, and analyze borrower's repayment ability.Develop SBA loan packages and gather pertinent financialinformation and appropriate documents for submission to the bank.Discover client needs and cross-sell products and services.

QUALIFICATIONSProven sales ability in SBA Lending required

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $93,570.40 to $140,355.60. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 1% per loan and 0%-2% per deposit, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
