Who You Are

Ecommerce Marketing Manager of Britannica Home Fashions is responsible for executing ecommerce full funnel marketing analysis, growth strategy, and executing best practices. Working in conjunction with our teams in both the New York office and overseas (Asia), s/he will manage marketing P&L, capture ecommerce traffic with top line revenue and profit.

What You'll Do

Work with strategic global ecommerce retailers to develop ecommerce presence through traffic growth and improved marketing activities.Manage ecommerce promotion and manage performance marketing and improving ecommerce traffic/SEO and sales conversion, deliver ecommerce traffic grace # corporate targeted goals.Own all the executional aspects of: a) Marketing P&L, b) Profit Calculation, c) Competitive marketing analysis, d) ROMI analysisAssist ecommerce product launch strategy, marketing copy that will win ecommerce retail market share.Manage full scope of ecommerce marketing project and maintain ecommerce customer portal sites.Work with strategic global ecommerce retailers to develop ecommerce presence through traffic growth and improved marketing activities.Manage ecommerce promotion and manage performance marketing and improving ecommerce traffic/SEO and sales conversion, deliver ecommerce traffic grace # corporate targeted goals.Own all the executional aspects of: a) Marketing P&L, b) Profit Calculation, c) Competitive marketing analysis, d) ROMI analysisAssist ecommerce product launch strategy, marketing copy that will win ecommerce retail market share.Manage full scope of ecommerce marketing project and maintain ecommerce customer portal sites.What You Bring

Amazon Vendor Central (Merchandising Marketing & Ads) with at least 3 years' experience, Walmart Retail Link (Connect+) experience is a plusPrior experience in merchandising/product management and marketing experience in Home & Kitchen category, experience in the textile product is a plusAdvanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT Tables, lookups, etc.)Strong listening and communication skills and proven verbal and written abilitiesHighly collaborative nature, able to work in global matrix organizational structureBachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or related fieldsDynamic personality able to work in a fast-paced environmentThink strategically and innovatively about improving business in a very complex and competitive marketplace

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including.

Salary range: $65,000-$95,000 annually.
