Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition Office, this leadership role is at the very heart of innovation at our company. As the Senior Group Manager, Global Talent Acquisition – Strategies & Projects, you’ll be pivotal in sculpting the infrastructure of talent that will drive our company forward into the future. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead, influence, and expand our Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives on a global scale. Your strategic vision will play a crucial role in not just meeting but exceeding our company’s ambitious goals.

Major Responsibilities

Spearhead global talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and promote seamless global integration.

Craft and implement cutting-edge TA strategies that align seamlessly with our corporate vision and overarching goals, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.

Oversee and revolutionize our TA branding efforts, conducting in-depth analyses to ensure alignment with global market trends and evolving company objectives.

Organize and spearhead high-impact TA events that boost brand visibility and magnetize top-tier talent to our doors.

Design and enforce robust university recruiting strategies to cultivate a dynamic pipeline of emerging talent ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow.

Lead, mentor, and galvanize a team of dedicated TA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

Leverage the latest technologies in recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate experience and streamline the recruitment process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.

Support budget management guidelines for global talent acquisition, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost-efficient strategies.

Education

Must be a high school graduate

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

Ten or more years of seasoned expertise in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, with a proven track record of strategic planning and managing global operations.

Three or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge

Exhibit demonstrated expertise in shaping TA branding and executing strategic TA initiatives that resonate on a global scale.

Display a robust ability to manage, oversee, and deliver large-scale TA projects with precision and flair.

Have a solid background in crafting engaging and effective university recruiting strategies.

Possess extensive global experience with a flexible mindset adaptable to a myriad of cultures and business practices.

Effective leadership capabilities with a history of managing diverse teams to achieve remarkable results.

Proficient in utilizing reporting and analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance operational processes.

Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Consulting, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.

Compensation$137,025.00 - $203,000.00 Annual
