Position: Manager, Talent Acquisition

Purpose:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company. We are looking for a resourceful and self-directed individual who can communicate comfortably and confidently with candidates, coworkers, and executive-level management and provide guidance and support, addressing policy and procedure interpretation, Compliance, Immigration, and supporting other HR activities.Essential Functions:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3-5 Technical Recruiters in their daily efforts.Develop and implement an early career recruiting strategy (including intern, apprenticeship program, and new grad hiring) for all organizations.Review/approve Recruiter resume submittals for compensation alignment, immigration requirements, and candidate fit.Participate in Final Interviews to gauge candidates’ team and organizational fit.Develop and distribute weekly Recruiter metrics reports for HR management.Coordinate and attend College Recruitment events.Administer HAEA Intern program.Support Hiring Managers in defining intern roles and developing appropriate job descriptions.Coordinate intern interviews and drive towards hiring decisions.Coordinate intern start dates and related activities.Facilitate weekly status updates with interns.Conduct end of program meetings to gain feedback/insight from interns.Draft and submit offer request forms.Review/confirm candidate salary expectations with recruiter.Draft offer request emails to include candidate salary expectation, internal equity numbers, and any additional candidate requirements for HR management review and offer determination.Upon offer acceptance, enter offer information in Autoway for Exec team approval.Draft and route candidate offer letters for signatures via ATS tool.Administer background screening process.Submit background screening requests to vendor.Monitor progress of screening.Review results and forward to HR management for approval.Administer Recruitment ATS (user adds/deletes, access rights, email/offer template development).Administer HAEA LinkedIn Recruiter account (user adds/deletes, access rights).Review annual agreements with Recruitment vendors (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, ATS).Distribute new hire paperwork and coordinate new hire starts via email notifications to appropriate team members.Respond to all immigration inquiries; prepare entry support letters; process petitions, visas, and visa extensions in partnership with HR Manager.Run queries and standard reports. Prepare reports and metrics for all recruitment and immigration cases including forecasting for upcoming cases and costs. Produce PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other documents.Scope:Decision Making/Discretion - Provide input and data to support HR/Recruitment decision making. Should be able to interpret prevailing laws to stay in compliance.Results - Demonstrate accuracy and reliability as this function interacts with legal aspects of Recruitment and Immigration. High level of attention to detail and judgement is required to maintain zero errors in both recruitment and immigration life cycle of employment.Strategy Development - Provide input to HR/Recruitment process enhancement and efficiency.Basic Requirements:

Minimum of BA/BS Degree in related field, HR or Business preferred or related work experience.10+ years of experience working in HR, supporting recruitment/immigration and other employee interfacing roles, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.Strong program management skills designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that can scale.Experience with SAP e-HR is a plus.Experience with full lifecycle recruitment is required.Experience with full life cycle of Immigration is a plus.Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills. PowerPoint is a plus.Ability to understand current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy required.A polished and professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion in working with confidential and sensitive information and documents. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Salary range:

$98,060 to $151,008
