Architect and design

scalable cloud infrastructure, making key decisions on cloud characteristics, architecture, and large-scale services.Collaborate cross-functionally

with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to define problems and develop forward-thinking solutions.Develop high-quality software , writing code and delivering production-ready solutions with a hands-on approach.Lead innovation , driving the evolution of system designs and workflows while continuously identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.Engage in fast-paced releases , ensuring our platform scales efficiently and securely.Provide feedback , soliciting and offering valuable insights across a broad range of stakeholders to foster collaboration and improvement.How You'll Help Us Connect the World:Define and evolve the architecture for a scalable cloud platform, simplifying complex designs while ensuring performance and reliability.Lead the charge on building cloud-agnostic SaaS products, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and microservices deployed in containerized environments.Build services that scale to millions of users in private, hybrid, or public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), with an understanding of MQs like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and caching strategies using Redis or Memcached.Contribute to our vision by ensuring security, networking, and configuration are seamlessly integrated into the platform.Required Qualifications:15+ years of software development experience, with deep expertise in

Java ,

Spring Boot ,

Spring Cloud , and microservices architecture.Proven experience building

Cloud-agnostic SaaS products

in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OpenStack, Azure).A solid understanding of microservices architectures and cloud technologies, with experience deploying in

Kubernetes

environments.Expertise in developing APIs and services that scale, optimized for performance with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) and caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).Knowledge of

OAuth ,

OpenID , and

SAML -based authentication is a plus.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and engage in fast-paced, high-impact projects.THIS IS HYBRID ROLE. NO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES PLEASE.Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00-$210,000.00.The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.
