Cyclotron is looking for a competent, motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Director to join our team. If you love managing a team of top notch services sales executives to expand a client’s services footprint, drive revenue growth and mentor a team to exceed their goals, and have a strong background in Microsoft Software or Services Sales this is the job for you.

You will need a strong background of experience and skills and in Enterprise Software and Services sales and account management, and excel at working in an entrepreneurial, result driven environment managing a regional sales team and their book of business. You will be responsible for the development and management of business in your Region.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the team of Account Executives in achieving individual and team quotaSupport direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other resources as requiredOngoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and mentoring new repsConduct weekly forecast meetingsReporting on sales activity and forecast to senior managementConsistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, tracking the results and driving deal closure.Quote, negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing highly complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospectsManage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline managementCoordinate and lead weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement.Work closely with extended team of pre-sales, service delivery and business operations to ensure client success.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing sales teams within an enterprise software

services sales environmentExperience of handling individual contributorsSuccessful track record in a high volume transaction sales environmentExcellent presentation and listening skillsExperience with sales operations reporting and data analysisAbility to successfully hire and train new account executivesSuccessful history of closing business, and over-achieving quotaDemonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales resultsAbility to work in a fast-growing, exciting entrepreneurial environmentCollaboration and good communication skills.Ability to travel as needed

Sales Director requirements and qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Sales Director or similar role10+ years of experience in the Enterprise Software and Services IndustryExperience working with Microsoft Sales and/or ServicesExperienced leveraging CRM Software for Account ManagementSales Operations reporting and analysis experienceCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsSuccess in mentoring Account Executives for onboarding and to over achieving quotaGreat interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiastic, passionate and determined to achieve successCyclotron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
