About the Team

DoorDash provides products and services to help restaurants grow. The Digital Ordering team builds products to help restaurants maximize the value of their first-party customers outside of the DoorDash app, via digital channels like websites, native apps, and CRM.About the Role

As the manager and lead for the Digital Ordering analytics team, you’ll be leading a team of data scientists who are working on building effective digital channels and surfaces to engage restaurant customers and facilitate an easy and delightful ordering experience. You will work closely with product and eng teams to build new products, and work with strategy and ops teams to bring these to market and validate ROI for restaurants. 2+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists in a formal or informal capacity, and a track record of delivering impactful analyses6+ years of experience in Data Science and Product Analytics, primarily in related industriesStrength in leading through your technical chops, and ability to leverage it appropriately in the business contextDeep understanding of, and hands-on experience with A/B experimentationExperience with data pipelinesExcellent communication and cross-functional working skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisionsCompensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
