The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills and the ability to manage large, sophisticated litigation matters.Duties:Handle civil and complex business litigation cases from inception through resolution.Represent clients in various stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial.Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, and pleadings for litigation matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategies and representing clients in court.Manage e-discovery processes, including document production, review, and analysis.Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations to advocate for clients.Maintain regular client communication and manage client expectations throughout the litigation process.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation.Judicial clerkship experience is highly encouraged.Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, with experience in drafting motions and legal arguments.Experience with large-scale litigation matters, including e-discovery, is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical abilities.Admission to the Oregon Bar, or eligibility to practice in Oregon.Preferred Skills:Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.Proficiency in e-discovery tools and processes.Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated litigation matters.Certifications:Active Oregon Bar membership or eligibility to practice law in Oregon.Benefits Offered:Annual discretionary bonus.401(k) plan.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Personal medical and parental leave.Up to 10 paid holidays.Family care benefits.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone :
