Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an experienced and driven attorney to join their National Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in complex litigation within the consumer financial services sector in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.Key Responsibilities:
Litigation Management: Manage all aspects of litigation related to consumer financial services, including strategy development and case management.Skills Application: Utilize strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills to effectively handle cases and interact with clients and opposing counsel.Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation.Skills:
High academic achievement with substantial law firm experience; exceptional problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Bar Admission:
Admission to the California Bar required.Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $165,000 - $195,000, commensurate with experience.Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus.Benefits:
