Kansas, California, Pennsylvania, or New York, as applicable.3+ years
of
diverse litigation or clerking experience, ideally involving commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability.Experience in taking and defending depositions and demonstrated courtroom experienc e.Solid law firm or clerking experience, with superb problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle litigation matters related to financial services, including commercial real estate and distressed loans.Take and defend depositions and represent clients in the courtroom.Collaborate with a dynamic practice group and engage directly with clients.Why Join?This role offers immediate client contact, challenging work, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and collegial environment.Compensation:Salary will range between $230,000 and $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
