Our client, an AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join a prestigious law firm’s Commercial Finance Group in Boston.Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in Massachusetts, or willingness to become admitted.1+ years
of meaningful experience in commercial finance, including representing bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers in transactions involving
acquisition financing ,
working capital facilities ,
asset-based lending , and other types of financing.Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle complex commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based lending.Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Develop and execute strategies for effective representation in finance matters.Why Join?This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary commensurate with experience.
