Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Miami.Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in Florida required.2+ years
of substantive business and transactional experience, including
M&A ,
joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions .Experience in Latin America corporate work is a plus.Business proficiency in Spanish.Solid law firm experience, with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate transactional documents for complex M&A and joint venture transactions.Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and managing transactional details.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Why Join?
