from a top-tier law school with a high academic standing.Must possess an active Illinois Bar admission.Minimum of 5 years
of
extensive transactional real estate experience , including handling
purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements .Additional experience in
joint ventures, borrower-side financing, and fund experience
is highly desirable.Demonstrated large law firm experience with exceptional writing and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters, ensuring meticulous execution of agreements and transactions.Engage directly with clients, providing them with comprehensive legal support and advice in a dynamic environment.Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere, contributing to the growth and success of the national real estate finance practice.Why Join?
