real estate financing, lender representation, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and

commercial mortgage-backed securities ( CMBS ).Candidate Profile:JD

from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Must be bar certified in Illinois.4-6 years of experience

in

real estate law , with a focus on

financing, lender representation, and CMBS .Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal expertise in

real estate financing and lender representation .Engage in

drafting and negotiating co-lender and intercreditor agreements .Handle legal aspects of
