Our client, a well-established national AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Boston office. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of litigation matters in a dynamic legal environment.Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in Massachusetts (required).2-4 years
of substantive litigation experience, preferably in a mid-size to large law firm.Experience in
class action defense ,
financial services , or
bad faith insurance litigation
is a plus, but not required.Strong oral and written advocacy skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively.Key Responsibilities:Draft and argue motions in both state and federal courts.Take and defend depositions, working directly with clients to develop case strategies.Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation.Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial, collaborating with senior attorneys to ensure successful outcomes for clients.Why Join?
