This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to become part of a fast-paced practice, offering litigation services to a diverse range of clients across various industries.Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in South Carolina (required).At least 2 years
of substantive experience in
consumer or commercial litigation , preferably in a law firm setting or other relevant experience.Strong ability to draft pleadings, discovery, and other motions, and assist with discovery investigations and productions.Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist in handling a variety of commercial litigation matters for clients across multiple industries.Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents.Collaborate with senior attorneys on discovery investigations, including document review and production.Provide support in developing case strategies and work directly with clients to ensure successful case management.Why Join?
