This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and experienced group of attorneys, offering exposure to high-profile, complex litigation matters.Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in Georgia or another state, with a willingness to go through the Georgia Bar admission process.18 months to 5 years
of substantive experience in business litigation.Proficiency in conducting and supervising
electronic discovery, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, and arguing motions .Confidence in
taking and defending depositions , with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in complex business litigation matters, working with a skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience.Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial, including electronic discovery, motion practice, and depositions.Collaborate on a variety of cases at both the state and federal levels, ensuring top-tier legal services for clients.Develop and execute case strategies, working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.Why Join?
