IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Associate to support global consumer marketing efforts for Rosetta Stone, the premier language learning solution.In this role, you will play an essential role in our consumer marketing efforts, developing creative and compelling marketing campaigns and collateral to drive awareness and conversion. In addition to working cross-functionally with our team to support the US consumer business, you will help support our international growth and localization efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, a strong writer and communicator, organized, and passionate about our mission to improve learning experiences for everyone.This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Write and develop marketing content, including but not limited to: messaging and positioning documents, emails, web copy, promotional materials, and moreCollaborate with the Marketing team to devise creative ways to reach potential customers and to deepen our engagement with existing usersWork with colleagues from various teams, including product managers and graphic designers, to coordinate and implement projects from start to finishSupport international growth and localization efforts by partnering with in-country experts to create localized content and promotionsCoordinate messaging and communication for promotions and product launches, both in the US and internationallyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5-7 years of solid marketing experience in a professional environmentStrategic thinking: You are able to consider an idea from all angles, ask smart questions, and make thoughtful decisions that align with company needs and valuesWritten communication: You are an exceptional writer and know how to make every word countInterpersonal skills: You’re a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levelsInternational mindset: You have an interest in learning about other countries and cultures to support growth in the US and internationallyYou get things done: You’re a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, can manage projects from start to finish and juggle multiple deadlinesExperience with Google Docs, Sheets, and SlidesOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $105,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
