is a residential treatment setting for children, adolescents, and young adults with complex special needs. The program specializes in providing 24-hour / 7-day per week comprehensive care including on-site education, around-the-clock nursing services, rehabilitative services – OT, PT, SPL, family services, behavioral services, and residential care staff. Our students reside in homes along an interior road on our 44-acre campus, which includes a heated indoor therapeutic pool, sensory room, technology lab, universally accessible tree house and playground, gymnasium, medical services building, and classrooms.Crystal Springs Provides Free On-Site Training for You to:Develop skills to support our students to overcome challenges they face in becoming as independent as they can be.Communicate with students with different communication abilities.Assist students with their activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, cooking, and taking care of their households.Create a safe and nurturing environment by providing positive behavior supports and trauma-informed care.Note: If hired, the

first week is PAID classroom training at our learning center .
