Residential Counselor NEW - 3rd Shift - Children's Program
We are offering up to a $2,000 Bonus for Residential Counselors!Pay: $18.50 to $23.50
Rates are based on experience and educationShift Differentials:Second shift Monday - Friday
$2.00 per hourThird shift Monday - Friday
$1.00All Shifts Saturday and Sunday

is a residential treatment setting for children, adolescents, and young adults with complex special needs. The program specializes in providing 24-hour / 7-day per week comprehensive care including on-site education, around the clock nursing services, rehabilitative services – OT, PT, SPL, family services, behavioral services, and residential care staff.Crystal Springs Provides Free On-Site Training for You to:Develop skills to support our students to overcome challenges they face in becoming as independent as they can be.Communicate with students with different communication abilities.Assist students with their activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, cooking and taking care of their households.Create a safe and nurturing environment by providing positive behavior supports and trauma informed care.Why Crystal SpringsFlexible ScheduleGenerous Paid Time Off and 11 Paid HolidaysExcellent Blue Cross medical and Delta dental benefitsProfessional development opportunities such as GED and ESL program and tuition reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) - 6 free confidential counselling sessions (mental health, financial, legal, medical, childcare, taxes)Workers Advantage Savings ProgramDescription of Duties:Residential Counselors help our students overcome the challenges they face in becoming as independent as they can be, and in having as much choice and control over their lives as possible.How You Can Make a Real ImpactEmpower individuals to develop skills for daily lifeSupport the personal growth of the people we serveEncourage independence through personalized plans of carePlan events and outings to build connections within the communityRequirementsMust be 18 years of ageMaintain a valid driver's license to transport studentsRemain awake during overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of studentsAble to work holidays and weekend shifts as requiredAble to perform activities of daily livingAble to perform physical interventions as necessary to provide the safest environment for our studentsSatisfactory background check, driving record, and drug screen resultsWe're passionate about building and nurturing a culture where inclusiveness is embedded.
