The Sr Product Owner defines, delivers, and manages the lifecycle of products in a product portfolio. Leads the product team(s) developing the product(s). This position may be involved in the funding management and budgeting processes for the products and/or portfolio.Responsibilities:

Defines and manages product roadmapBuild, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders - including the senior leadership teamManage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.)Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needsGather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future developmentWrite detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and featuresCollaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systemsCommunicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholdersBasic/Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeIn lieu of degree(s) listed above, High School/GED AND 8 year(s) related work experienceMinimum 4 years Required Related Work ExperienceDesired Qualifications:

Experience as a Senior Product AnalystAgile Product Owner certification"Black Belt" Six Sigma certificationExperience with JiraEntrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience shipping softwareAbility to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development teamClear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovateAbility to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunitiesExcellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships and effectively influence across all management and organizational levelsStrong understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releasesExperience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience operating in an environment driven by KPIs where you have the accountability to determine the best course of action to meet your goalsWorking Conditions:

Hybrid Mobility Classification - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
