We are searching for a Manager within our EMEA / AMERS / APAC Emerging Talent and Careers team to lead a team that hires talent for our emerging talent programs at Expedia Group. This individual will also be responsible for finding great talent themselves and getting involved with our talent attraction and selection process.Who you are:Leadership experience in leading and/or mentoring teams, preferably within the emerging talent/early careers spaceAgile mindset: able to work in ambiguity and be comfortable in a fast-paced changing environmentFamiliarity with a highly matrixed environmentEmerging Talent recruitment experience preferred, encompassing interns, graduates, apprentices, and more!Ability to influence stakeholders by providing value-added recruiting advice and insightsExperience with working in a global team desired, but not essentialAbility to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to our ETC talent strategyCapacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talentExceptional networking and candidate engagement skills, including with key external partners to hire emerging talentPossess strong skills related to all aspects of a full-cycle volume recruiting processExcellent organizational and time management skills, including being able to prioritize workload based on business needsWhat you’ll do:Ownership and delivery of regional hiring strategy, covering recruitment for all emerging talent across all divisions for your regionRegional operational delivery including requisition management in WorkdayConnection with peers in other regions to build the global strategyAct as local point of contact for local stakeholdersOngoing collaboration with our ETC global programs teamManage team members, including goal setting and performance managementSupport annual demand planning process with the businessDrive operational excellence within the team and implement process improvementsBuild and implement sourcing strategies within the teamRecruit for a small number of roles yourselfBuild relationships with passive candidates and articulate the Expedia brandMaintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting processAct as ambassador of Expedia, demonstrating and articulating our values and cultureAct as an advisor to partners concerning labor market conditionsBenefits:Expedia Group offers a wide range of benefits to support employees and their families, including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program.About Expedia Group:Expedia Group powers travel for everyone, everywhere through our global platform.
