This individual will also be responsible for finding great talent themselves and getting involved with our talent attraction and selection process.Who you are:Leadership experience, preferably within the emerging talent/early careers spaceAgile mindset: able to work in ambiguity and be comfortable in a fast-paced changing environmentFamiliarity with a highly matrixed environmentEmerging Talent recruitment experience preferred, encompassing interns, graduates, apprentices, and more!Ability to influence stakeholders by providing value-added recruiting advice and insightsExperience with working in a global team desired, but not essentialAbility to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to our ETC talent strategyCapacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talentExceptional networking and candidate engagement skillsStrong skills related to all aspects of a full-cycle volume recruiting processExcellent organizational and time management skillsWhat you`ll do:Ownership and delivery of regional hiring strategy for emerging talentRegional operational delivery, including requisition management in WorkdayConnection with peers in other regions to build the global strategyAct as local point of contact for stakeholdersOngoing collaboration with our ETC global programs teamManage team members, including goal setting and performance managementSupport annual demand planning process with the businessDrive operational excellence within the teamBuild and implement sourcing strategies within the teamRecruit for a small number of roles yourselfBuild relationships with passive candidates and articulate the Expedia brandMaintain effective relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting processAct as ambassador of ExpediaAct as an advisor to partners concerning labor market conditionsThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00.
