As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating Formal's value proposition to our target market. You'll work closely with our product, sales, and leadership teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and establish Formal as a leader in the data security space.Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with Formal's business objectives and target audience needsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features and translate technical capabilities into compelling marketing messagesCreate and maintain product positioning and messaging that differentiates Formal in the marketProduce high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materialsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategiesWork closely with the sales team to develop and refine pitch decks, demo scripts, and other sales toolsPlan and execute product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and preparedDevelop and manage relationships with industry analysts and influencersCollaborate with demand generation teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisitionAnalyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and tacticsQualifications

5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industriesProven track record of successfully launching and marketing complex technical productsStrong understanding of data security, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and cloud technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for various audiencesExperience working with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materialsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure marketing impactPreferred Qualities
