Experienced Restoration Team Leader
We are looking for a motivated candidate with experience leading restoration teams to help home and business owners bring their property back to an environment that is clean, dry, and healthy. On any given day you might…
Provide positive client interaction and service with exceptional communication skills
Perform building containments and drying chambers, setting and tracking equipment, moisture mapping using water detection instruments including moisture meters and infrared cameras, controlled removal of building materials, restorative drying, and cleaning tasks associated with restoration and cleaning projects
Projects include water, fire, smoke, odor, and mold remediation
Using company-provided software to properly document and scope projects ensuring accuracy to provide a complete job file
Complete work in a manner that encourages safety, personal protective equipment, and OSHA compliance
Communicate with insurance adjusters
Requirements…
Strong leadership skills to lead a team of restoration lead technicians and restoration technicians
Uncompromising integrity and work ethic
The ability to collaborate with team members and leadership to complete restoration projects
A strong grasp of restorative drying and moisture mapping
Attention to detail with documentation and project organization
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proven, innovative working experience in restoration
Superior verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
The ideal candidate will also possess…
Clean driving record
IICRC Certification, WRT, ASD, AMRT
Proficient with Dash, Mica, and Docusketch or similar software

Salary:
$52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (dependent on certification levels and experience)
Schedule:
Typically, 8–10 hour shifts, department goal of 40-45 hours per week
Monday to Friday the majority of the time
On call for emergency after-hours service every 4th week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Water damage restoration experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Fire damage restoration experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Mold remediation experience: 1 year (Preferred)
