Business Development Director, Global Government
As the Business Development Director, Global Government, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue and business strategies that align with our ambitious growth targets. You will lead high-performing teams, foster key customer relationships, and drive new business opportunities in the space sector.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting global government space and related agencies, commercial space companies, and international partners.Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and ensuring their success in a competitive market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, commercial space entities, and other space agencies.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the space industry.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and services.Who You Are:
Proven track record in revenue leadership within the U.S. and other global governments.Strong understanding of space customers, commercial space companies, and emerging space nations.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.About Spire
