We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join one of our industry-leading Practice Groups - The Nonprofit, Educaiton & Government Practice. You will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within our New York office. You will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the team, which will include: marketing, administrative, financial and operational functions for the business. This role provides a unique opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and coordinators to help ensure the overall success of the office.Business OperationsGathermarket research information to create client deliverables such as, contact information,market surveys, tour books, industry trend whitepapers, competitive sets.Prepare deal documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing statusreports & customer & prospect correspondence,with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices.Update & maintain company Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.MarketingCreate and edit presentations,pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.Assist and participatein planningfor industry functions, client events, and open houses.Create case studies (interactive and static). High emphasis on marketing completed projects.Grow team social media presence; help organize bios, run their LinkedIn posts, etc.Manage & maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space & Hightower.Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.FinanceCollect & process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate & send invoices utilizing JLL accounting platform.Trackand processbrokerexpensereports according to the JLL T&E policy.Manage deal closing process - billing, invoice generating, and tracking.

AdministrativeManage Practice Leader's daily calendar enabling one-on-interactions with industry leaders.General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, managing practice leader's calendar, greeting clients, conference room set up,office maintenance,broker IT support, making travel arrangements& front desk coverage as needed.Manage email organization and efficiency.Client FacingBe an active team member and participate in client meetings and calls.Help manage It is our goal to progress and develop our next sales coordinator.Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:Required1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organizationHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook with ability to learn new software and JLL's in- house platformsExperienced with Adobe InDesign

PreferredProject management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a team.Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, & willing to learn with a positive attitude & a drive for personal growth & development.Sales / marketing background experience demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.

Able to assert discretion & professionalism when given access to confidential & private information.Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
