Our focus is to streamline processes and remove barriers for our partners across finance & the broader business. We design, develop, and test applications in and around the Oracle Suite.What you will be doing:* Manage customer inquiries and resolve support issues for a fast-paced enterprise performance management platform.* Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action.* Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.* Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment for appropriate Worldpay segment, division, group or line of business.* Plans and designs business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities and to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.* Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner. Systems such as Oracle EPBCS, Oracle FCC, Oracle Freeform, Oracle Narrative Reporting, Alteryx, & the general Oracle Suite.What you bring:* Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, will consider equivalent amount of experience in lieu of the degree.* At least one year of experience analyzing business goals, objectives and needs of the business environment.* At least one year of experience using any of the following systems: Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Narrative Reporting or AlteryxWorldpay perks - what we'll bring for youWe know it's bigger than just your career. The pay range for this full-time position is $65,440.00 - $106,660.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
