The Indirect Channel Specialist ensures an efficient way of working between Philips and its Partners. This role supports the Partner Account Manager(s) by managing the operational related activities in the Partner business domain throughout the lifetime of the Partner relationship.Your role:Managing Partner Onboarding tasks, including system (ICON) management, training planning and Quarterly Business Review planning.Support the commercial and marketing teams in the creation and execution of Partner Joint Business Plans.Training and supporting Partners and/or market stakeholders on relevant Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools.Monitoring and improving sales and service process performance, as well as adherence thereof (including DDP process, contract management process and administration of business criteria).Ensuring relevant Partner data and contract templates are timely and up to date in the Philips systems/ tools (includes aligned cooperation with legal function and central contract management team). Preparing and organizing input for Partner performance reviews.You're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in operational sales and partner management.Your skills include proven experience with stakeholder management, leveraging well-developed soft skills to manage both internal and external relationships. You have the ability to train and coach partners (and their staff), as well as strong analytical skills to assist Partner Account Managers in identifying risks and opportunities.You have a bachelor’s degree.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You’re an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), detail-oriented and have a result driven mindset.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
