The
Chief Operating Officer
provides the leadership and strategic planning for clinical and non-clinical operations of social services, intake and ancillary departments that includes directing all services. As a member of senior management this position ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services. Responsibilities include the overall administration and management of clinical services offered at the facility and non-clinical operations, and promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing or a Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline, or Masters in Healthcare Administration or Masters in Business Administration required.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice. Must have leadership experience in behavioral health hospital setting.
Additional Requirements:
A strong knowledge of TJC, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing behavioral health care facilities.
