Key Account Manager (KAM)

is accountable for executing a 'targeted sales strategy' to attain sales quotas within their individual assigned territory. Responsible for developing and implementing a business/sales plan for maximizing net sales of our product that is aligned with the direction from commercial leadership and with all company guidelines, policies, and directives. The Key Account Manager will conduct business/sales with key targeted healthcare providers.

Must have current/prior sales experience in Neurology - Multiple Sclerosis is preferred.EVERSANA Deployment Solutions offers our employees competitive compensation, paid time off, company paid holidays, excellent training, employee development programs, 401-k plan with an employer match, and comprehensive employer benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed those objectives.Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers.Build strong relationships with senior customers, key decision makers, and influencers.Identify comprehensive understanding of customer needs and key buying factors.Continuously build understanding on customer needs, territory market landscape, and share market intelligence with the team.Differentiate value proposition with healthcare providers and develop disease state experts.Understand formulary and P&T processes for assigned IDNs and key institutions.Coordinate information flow and action planning with relevant functions to create a cross-functional support team.Identify and develop targets by account with Sales Leadership oversight.EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:Travel as necessary to work the assigned territory and attend trainings and meetings.Solid presentation skills with the ability to adapt selling approach.Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools.Operates effectively in a matrix environment.Offers innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities.The above list reflects general expectations and shall not be construed as the only expectations for the position.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Bachelor’s Degree Required.2+ years of current/prior pharmaceutical sales experience in Neurology - MS experience preferred.Clean Driving Record and Sales licensing in required states.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Analytical thinking and ability to create spreadsheets and business plans.Documented track record of establishing and growing sales.OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS:Patient Minded:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and geographic location. EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
